I like new Sufjan Stevens tunes
I was fortunate to be in the front and center at this Sufjan Stevens show in Ithaca, and it was pretty great. (Though my feet hurt and it was like a sauna.) I remember looking around at people holding up their cameras the entire time and thinking, “man, they should just try to live in the moment!”

I played an open mic night tonight in beautiful Hamilton, NY. It was nice to play a show, and while I mixed up some melodies, nobody knew the difference. (Since they were all strangers.)
I had every intention to record the set on my phone and perhaps upload it to the internet, but I forgot. I may play again in Syracuse on Monday, in which case I’ll try then? I’m curious to see what...
