This is my new favorite song. The lyrics go from sweet to vicious, the scraping of the strings is perfectly sinister, and the delicate mandolin line is immediately disarming and hair-raising; it’s like dead-eyed twins singing a nursery-rhyme in unison. Familiar but terrifying.
