I’ve been considering replacing my website with something a little more Web 2.0ish for some time.

My main inspiration for this is not geekiness, I don’t think, but rather laziness; I always set up a website, promise to post regularly, and — surprise — don’t post for 6 months, apologize, and repeat the cycle.

Perhaps the problem is that I don’t have much to say, but I’d like to think that I have some things to say, at least occasionally.

Tumblr is great because it is very customizable, like any web site, but much easier to use and set up. I hope to craft a sort-of public Facebook here via flickr, these blog posts, my Twitter feed in the upper-left hand corner, Last.fm, Myspace, and other services.
