I was fortunate to be in the front and center at this Sufjan Stevens show in Ithaca, and it was pretty great. (Though my feet hurt and it was like a sauna.) I remember looking around at people holding up their cameras the entire time and thinking, “man, they should just try to live in the moment!” But at least one of them was taking video, and uploaded several recordings to the internet. So I suppose it was worth it.
